All products are in stock unless stated otherwise.

If there is a delay on shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Handling time for all orders received before 12 PM is one day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Order Completion Email with your tracking details. If you have not received your Order Completion Email within 48 hours. Please check your spam folder, if you have still not received it please email us a request and we will resend it to you.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and 3rd party couriers services and subject to Australia Post’s Terms and Conditions.

Express Shipping – Generally 1-3 Business Days. (Regional areas in WA or NT may be longer)

Regular Shipping – Generally 2-7 Business Days. (Regional areas in WA or NT may be longer)

If your order is delayed by customs your order may take longer to be delivered.

Each country has different import regulations in relation to import duties, sales tax and prohibited items, so we advise you to look into this before ordering.
